When the Vision Grows Bigger Than You...The Miraculous Way a Founder got the Wellness Studio of Her Dreams

Every founder I coach inside the Founder Flow Accelerator leaves a mark on me. They’re not just clients—they’re teachers. And Kasia was one of those unforgettable teachers.
She reminded me of something powerful: when you surrender control and allow your vision to evolve, it often grows into something more miraculous than you could’ve imagined.
At our very first session, Kasia had a clear, beautiful dream: rooftop sunset yoga sessions. A place for people to land in presence, peace, and deep embodiment.
She didn’t overthink it. She took aligned action.
She started searching for rooftops. But then—a space found her.
Not a rooftop.
It wasn’t what she pictured.
It was way more expansive. And yes—way kookier.
A friend and community connection invited her to revitalize an old greenhouse structure—once used for hot yoga, now overgrown and neglected. It sat nestled in the woods on shared land, surrounded by other mission-led, nature-rooted businesses. 10 min from a city hub, yet right next to 300 acres of forest hiking trails.

By the time we met again, she was lit up… but also shaky. “Can I really hold this?” “Am I ready?” “Is this too much?”
So we dropped into the body. One of the tools we use in Founder Flow is somatic decision-making: tuning into body wisdom and feminine intuition, not just mental logic. We asked: When you imagine each option, what do you feel? What sensations arise? What’s the visual, the symbol, the energy?
Because intuition can show the simplest way, and the body connects us to our intuition in the simplest way. Often, one path clearly brings contraction. The other clearly evokes expansion. (p.s. don't believe this? Try this for yourself next time a decision has you stuck.)
Kasia’s intuition spoke clearly.
This wasn’t just about teaching yoga anymore. It was about building something bigger—a full-blown sanctuary for community, healing, and transformation.
And with that clarity came the usual next wave: fear.
“I don’t know how to do this.” ~ the uncertian
“Who am I to build this?” ~ the imposter
“Is this even possible?” ~ the limited pov
Here’s the truth I’ve witnessed again and again:
When you say yes to the next-level vision, your nervous system learns that the thing your mind labeled as scary… isn’t a tiger. It’s an invitation into expansion. Expansion that can welcome in way more abundance and way more service.
And in Kasia’s case, I saw something even deeper: this vision wasn’t new. It was just the next natural expansion of who she already was.
She didn’t need to become someone else.
She needed two things:
(1) A spiritual root. Through remembrance of her deep why. To remember that this vision came through for a reason—and miracles don’t land randomly. You’re never given something without also being given the resources (internal and external) to bring it to life.
(2) A grounded system. Plus support to simply map out the money flow. We grounded the vision down into real numbers. We clarified her startup budget. We priced her classes. We mapped best, worst, and realistic-case scenarios. And we created a pay structure for future teachers that would allow her to both serve and sustain.

So, she leapt—yet now she had wings: trust through her deeply held why.
And roots through her clear financial strategy and launch system, rather than fear that blocks the flow of miracles and vision success.
Now she’s building Gratitude Hot Yoga—a nature-nestled sanctuary where others will come to sweat, breathe, heal, and come home to themselves.
She’s no longer just leading classes on her own—she’s cultivating a space that will hold many teachers, many students, many moments of transformation.
She’s even selling plants in the studio—each one infused with that beautiful yoga-infused life force. (As a plant lover, I thought that was genius + a beautiful way to support people and planet in one <3)
Our sessions now toggle between strategy sessions and literal space-clearing. (There’s something poetic about strategizing for her launch while being literally "in the weeds" clearing out the future Gratitude Hot Yoga greenhouse.)
And that’s we believe entrepreneurship really is:
→ Listening for how the vision wants to grow
→ Leaning into the version of service that feels most expansive
→ Stretching into new capacity within yourself that felt nearly impossible before
→ Holding the awareness of "In" and "On" the business simultaneously as a leader
→ And always learning as you go.
For the aspiring founder reading this:
Your vision might start as a whisper. A rooftop yoga class. A simple product. A seed.
But when you give it the right support—mentorship, structure, and community—it can evolve into something beyond your wildest expectations.
The key? Start where you are. Say yes to what’s next. Take that ONE next step.
The Founder Flow Accelerator exists to have a circle of fellow founders walking beside you as that evolution unfolds.
You don’t have to hold the whole vision alone. You just have to keep showing up.
P.S. Feeling the stir of your own vision expanding?
The next Founder Flow Accelerator cohort is awaiting you. Give a village to your vision. Gain support every step of the way →
