I’ve been chasing one wild, stubborn dream since I was a little girl: a world where everyone pursues their deepest passion. She was sure this was the key to a happier humanity. That vision turned into a lifelong mission—to build purpose-driven, passion-fueled businesses that uplift people, planet, and personal well-being.

My passion-fueled approach to life gained roots through my study of Sustainable Agriculture and Business through New College of Florida and Prescott College. In these hands-on programs, I led an Agroforestry Farm and explored how business could work like an ecosystem—regenerative, collaborative, rooted in symbiotic exchange, growing naturally.

​

One of my first ventures began with wire jewelry, made during long college lectures just to keep my fidgety, hyper-energized hands busy. When I pitched a local shop and got the yes for them to sell the jewelry for me, I received my first taste of creative autonomy, semi-passive income, and the joy of hearing customers say, “this necklace made me feel grounded" or "I LOVE these so I came back to buy more and gift to friends."

Post college, following the passion sparks led me to launch a web design studio, supporting primarily female wellness coaches. Here I learned that to build a stellar website, you need more than just jawdropping design—you need a clear story, a stellar offer, and the words that help the offer land in its full value. So, to build stellar sites, I found myself coaching clients to clarify their message, refine their offers, and draw out the gold from their founding story. That’s when I fell in love with mentoring women in business.

But that mission wasn’t just discovered through wins. My real turning point came through a health crisis. My period went missing for months—and with it, the sense that I could keep grinding so hard. That’s when a wellness-wise friend handed me "In the Flo," by hormone-health expert, Alissa Vitti, and I discovered the magic of cyclical living. I started syncing my workflow to my monthly hormonal cycle, and everything began to shift—my health, creativity, and capacity.

 

At the same time, I was growing a product-based business and noticed how my internal rhythm shaped everything from content creation to systems-building. Ovulation lit up my visibility tasks, while luteal drew me into backend brilliance. I started realizing: my cycle is a strategic superpower.

 

One day, while meditating, I received the clearest intuitive guidance:
"Teach this to women."

 

So, I listened. I created a Cycle-Based Business workshop—and it flowed like I’d taught it in a past life. Months later, women would find me at a community event and share about how it changed the way they run their business entirely, and their approach to self-care too. That’s when I knew: this wasn’t just my healing—it was a missing puzzle piece for so many women entrepreneurs.

When my exuberant love of business met my deep transformation through Cyclical Living, the Founder Flow Accelerator was born.​ What I truly want to inspire is a new lens on business: ease over push, magnetism over grind, building in community, not isolation. I created Founder Flow because I’ve felt the overwhelm. I’ve burned out and bounced back. And I know now: when women come together with shared clarity and care—we become unstoppable.

Today, alongside Womb Wise Co, I’m a cofounder for Me2We—an AI-powered platform helping founders build and optimize their dream team through values-aligned, whole-person matching. (I'm an entrepreneur in the game, just as much as a coach observing the field.)

P.S. I eat, sleep, and breathe my purpose & business...but in my sacred off hours, I love dancing to loud music, doing wildly silly activities with my friends (like our monthly Creative Retreat), hosting weekly Friday potluck dinners, and swimming in nature.
